To the end of 2013, ZTE plans to improve its supply chain operation in order to achieve industry-leading standard, so that the key performance indicators such as, core competence, delivery lead-time, product quality and logistics cost, can take a lead role among its competitors. In order to support the future development, ZTE acquired 3000 acres of land and plane to establish a logistics and production center which expected to be put into use in second half of 2013.

Project Summary

As the chief consultant of this RMB$ 100 billion project, HKLTS imported advanced concepts, methodology and equipment in both software and hardware design. This enhances the operation efficiency and achieves low carbon and environmental friendly concept.
