Project Manager Role for a Leading International 3PL HUB Relocation in Taiwan

BPS Global is nominated by a leading international 3PL as the Project Manager for a HUB relocation project in Taiwan. BPS Global is responsible to lead the relocation into a brand new facilities and to implement process improvement at the same time.

The scope of work includes operation data and flow analysis, layout and facilities design, GMP/GDP warehouse provision, tender document preparation and on-site project management. The tasks are demanding as the project delivery is under tight schedule without any disturbance to the daily operations.

BPS has formulated a professional project team from Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong to execute a successful migration strategy. We need to ensure the high quality service standard during the transition period. Migration risk is exhaustively assessed, and contingency plan is readily in place to rectify problems on spot.
